Key Account Manager – Gloves and Pharma Clean Rooms Territory:
Primarily South West with some additional travel further afield including Ireland. Make your next move matter

You’ll make significant contributions in the following areas:
  • Creating regional account plans to define, target and successfully close business opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Planning and prioritising sales activities to maximise face to face customer contact
  • Liaising with internal functions to agree commercial proposals and effectively use these in customer negotiations
  • Supporting customers with product evaluations and trials to promote sales opportunities
  • Deliver agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers/focus products and to drive sales of Mölnlycke ORS portfolio
  • Presenting our brand value propositions and value‑added customer centric solutions for the defined portfolio
  • Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of selected Mölnlycke products
What you’ll get
  • Salary circa £58,000 depending on experience

What you bring
  • Significant experience in sales, account management, or similar clinical leadership/healthcare operations
  • Demonstrable expertise in budget ownership and driving strategic initiatives, within pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or distribution.
  • Experience engaging with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders at all customer levels, including surgeons, theatre staff, Procurement, Finance, QA managers, Production leads
  • Degree in a relatable field such as Pharmacology or Microbiology would be beneficial
  • Well‑developed communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Strong multichannel solution selling background
