Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in the lives of those you support, helping people build confidence, develop skills, and live fulfilling, independent lives. Every day presents an opportunity to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with eating, medication, and routine tasks
  • Help plan and participate in fun activities, trips, and community events
  • Encourage independence and celebrate every milestone
  • Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and errands
  • Build positive, trusting relationships through listening and open communication
  • Support individuals to plan and achieve their personal goals and ambitions
