Nightingale, part of the Cygnet Group, is seeking a confident Senior Support Worker (Days) to join our team and support adults with autism and learning disabilities in leading fulfilling lives and promoting independence.
You will work full-time (42 hours per week) on a 7‑day rota, including two weekends per month, with shifts starting around 7:00am to 10:00pm. DBS clearance is required and we encourage continuous learning and development.
