Cygnet Group is looking for a confident and compassionate Senior Support Worker (Days) to join Nightingale. Working as part of a highly skilled team, you will support adults with autism and learning disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling lives while promoting independence, well-being and community integration. You will lead by example, providing high-quality person-centred care and supporting colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes for those in our care.
Hoursand shift patterns
Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Across a 7-day rota, including two weekends per month
Shift Times: Shifts may start from 7:00 am, with some finishing at 10:00 pm
