Contract Type: Permanent | Full‑Time (35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:00am – 7:30pm)
Salary: £12.60 per hour

About the role:

As a key member of our front‑of‑house team, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service and help create a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment for all guests and staff. You’ll work closely with the Hospitality Manager, the Hospitality Chef, and a talented group of chefs and managers to ensure smooth service every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, professional service across food and beverage outlets
• Supporting hospitality and catering events
• Ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of service areas
• Collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to maintain a high standard of delivery
• Taking initiative to manage time effectively during busy shifts

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable, self‑motivated individuals with a positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Experience in hospitality or retail is desirable, but not essential
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, changing environment
