As the Night Team Leader you will play a crucial role in ensuring that your team delivers exceptional service throughout the night. Working alongside the Night Manager, you will need to think on your feet, proactively solve problems and be versatile, supporting all hotel departments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to the night shift team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Night Manager to coordinate operations across all hotel departments.
  • Think on your feet, proactively solving problems that arise during the night shift.
  • Maintain brand standards and uphold the company’s reputation for service excellence.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with all departments.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate your team, ensuring they are skilled and engaged.
  • Ability to deliver brand standards.
  • Experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is desirable.
