The role…As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and development of the spa. You will lead a talented team, ensure exceptional service standards, and drive commercial success while maintaining a calm, welcoming, and luxurious environment for guests and members.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, including treatments, facilities, and guest experience
Lead, train, motivate, and develop the spa team to deliver outstanding service
Manage schedules, payroll, and staffing levels to meet business demands
Drive revenue through treatments, memberships, retail sales, and spa promotions
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and regulatory compliance
Monitor budgets, control costs, and report on performance and KPIs
Work closely with hotel management to align the spa offering with the wider guest experience
About YouProven experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager within a luxury hotel or high-end spa
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Commercially minded with experience driving revenue and managing budgets
Passionate about wellness, guest experience, and service excellence
Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required
