A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Head of HR in Bournemouth to lead the People strategy for a growing organization. You will be responsible for developing an HR strategy, managing a team across multiple locations, and overseeing the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in complex organizations, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of UK employment law.
This role operates in a hybrid model requiring 3 days per week on-site.
