Recruitment Business Manager – Bournemouth

Location:

Bournemouth – Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day from home, driving required)

Pay Range: £37,000 - £47,000 per annum with car allowance and uncapped commission. Potential salary up to £50,000 plus car allowance.

Job Description

Reed is hiring a Business Manager to lead our Business Support and Accountancy & Finance specialism in Bournemouth. This is an opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter or a Recruitment Manager looking to own and grow a successful desk.

Responsibilities
  • Run a successful 360 recruitment desk across Business Support or Accountancy & Finance
  • Manage and develop a small team of Recruitment Consultants
  • Grow market share across the local area
  • Build strong client relationships and win new business
  • Drive performance, quality and profitability
  • Lead by example and champion Reed’s values
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter
  • Management experience or clear ambition to step into leadership
  • Strong sales drive, resilience and commercial focus
