Reed is hiring a Business Manager to lead our Business Support and Accountancy & Finance specialism in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter ready to step into management, or an established Recruitment Manager looking to own and grow a successful, high‑billing desk.

• Running a successful 360 recruitment desk across Business Support or Accountancy & Finance
• Managing and developing a small team of Recruitment Consultants
• Growing market share across the local area

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter
• Management experience or a clear ambition to step into leadership
