We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our Office & Commercial division.
This is a full 360 recruitment role, combining business development, client relationship management, and candidate recruitment. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your own desk, supported by a highly experienced team who know the market and recruitment inside out.
The roleYou’ll manage the full recruitment process while developing relationships with both new and existing clients.
Your role will include:Developing new business through proactive conversations and relationship building
- Growing relationships with new and existing clients
- Identifying temporary recruitment opportunities
- Taking detailed vacancy briefs and advising clients on the market
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates
- Matching candidates with suitable temporary assignments
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Building strong, ongoing relationships with temporary workers and clients
- Working towards agreed objectives and deliverables
- Building and developing your own successful recruitment desk
Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage, particularly within temporary recruitment, but it isn’t essential.
We’re equally interested in hearing from people with strong business development, sales or relationship management experience who have the commercial drive and people skills to build a successful career in recruitment.
