This role is perfect for an HR professional passionate about making a real impact, empowering colleagues, and providing expert guidance and support. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Advise on HR policies, best practices, and employee relations. Manage low-risk ER cases and support payroll processes.
Maintain HR systems and produce people metrics and dashboards. Administer employee benefits and contribute to HR projects. Support onboarding and exit processes. Required
Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in HR roles and knowledge of UK employment law. Strong analytical skills with experience in payroll data. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for improving employee experiences.
