As an Infrastructure Architect III at JPMorgan

Chase within the TCOPS team, you are a significant contributor to your team by utilizing your strong knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes. You will solve complex and broad business problems with simple straightforward solutions and methodologies of moderate scope.

• Applies technical knowledge to complete projects of moderate scope
• Resolves most issues independently and escalates more complex problems accordingly
• Proactively identifies problems in infrastructure and advises on solutions and provides feedback
• Engages with team members to drive daily activities
• Synthesizes problems as a whole, breaks them down, and designs solutions
• Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
• Risk Management:
  
  Findings management, uplift programs, Seal onboarding/decommission, metrics, resiliency, compliance, access management.
• Modernization:
  Data center migrations (UK, SG, HK, NAMR), Public and Private cloud consultation, Dbaas to GOS and GSS project coordination, modernization planning, change management.
• Infrastructure:
  Planning, budgeting, lifecycle management, cost optimization, productivity initiatives, infrastructure reviews.

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture principles
• Proficient in one or more programming languages
• Self-tutor and ability to continue to develop knowledge of infrastructure architecture domains
• Demonstrated experience in testing, debugging, and networking in a large corporate environment
• Understands working in agile methodologies
• Practical cloud native experience

• Experience in technology operations, risk, or infrastructure
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work across global teams
