Senior SEO Executive | Bournemouth / Hybrid | Up to £35k

A South-East based Digital Marketing agency that has seen 25% growth year after year, a stable and growing organisation looking to further bolster their team.

Hybrid role, Monday and Thursday in the office, rest at home. – however, the office is open every day, if you’d prefer to work from the office!

The Opportunity:

As a Senior SEO Executive, you’ll be working with clients to strategically understand their needs, challenges and goals, from here, presenting the right solutions to hit their goals, in terms of SEO requirements.

The majority of the role is delivery whilst being involved in the strategical elements. As the business is continually growing, this is a great opportunity and time to join, potentially growing and leading a team in the future.

This role is strategic and fun, you’ll work with a variety of clients for several industries. Although not 100% client-facing, you’ll have opportunities to speak with clients directly and this business encourages proactiveness.

Relationship building, getting under their skin and knowing what makes them tick is pivotal and vital to becoming successful here.

We regularly visit their offices and speak with candidates, all of them absolutely loving their move to this agency and if you’re looking to be fully supported, heard and championed, whilst continuing your learning, this is the place for you!

About you:

• 2+ Years in a direct SEO position
• Ideally, agency environment but not a deal breaker
• Problem-solver with a proactive outlook
• Digital Marketing & Advertising experience hugely advantageous
• Experience in several industries would be perfect
• A go-getter and someone who wants to be better every day
• Above else, a strong team player!
