Nourish Care is seeking a Customer Success Operations and Transformation Manager to enhance customer health metrics and operationalize insights from data. In this role, you will design and implement customer success models to ensure scalability and efficiency within the team.
Ideal candidates will have SaaS experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record in implementing processes. The role is primarily remote/hybrid and reports to the Head of Revenue Operations.
