Data Architect Preston (Hybrid/Flexible Working) Up to £85,000 per annum  benefits Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity An established and forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Data Architect to join a high-performing Architecture & Strategy function. This is a key role responsible for shaping and driving enterprise-wide data architecture to support critical business operations, analytics and decision-making. You'll play a central role in designing scalable, secure, and future-ready data solutions across a complex environment, working closely with senior stakeholders to align technical delivery with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the organisation's data architecture framework Design and integrate data solutions across multiple platforms and systems Lead data modelling, data flows, and system interoperability initiatives Drive best practice in data governance, metadata, and quality standards Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and business teams to deliver value Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data management standards About You Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a senior data-focused role Strong background in data modelling, integration, and architecture frameworks Solid understanding of:
Data governance & metadata management Enterprise architecture principles Regulatory and compliance requirements
