Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support to end users. Manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents. Accurately log, update, and track support tickets. Assist with user account administration and access management. Escalate complex technical issues where required. Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting service targets. What We're Looking For Experience in a previous IT Support or Service Desk role (desired).
Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to self-manage, prioritise workloads, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to learn and develop. Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365. Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) would be beneficial but is not essential.
