Protect Line Ltd in Bournemouth is seeking an IT Second Line Technician to handle escalated incidents and support our cloud and on-premise infrastructure. You will own tickets through resolution, support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive and Teams, and help strengthen security with best practices.
You will work with Active Directory/Entra and network services, liaising with users to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service levels in a busy environment.
