Junior Support Manager

Location: Bournemouth (at least 2 days in office)

Type: Full time

Salary: £25,000

Coordinate with care. Deliver with confidence.

At 3 Sided Cube, we build digital products that make a real difference, from life saving first aid apps to platforms that help people stay connected and tackle climate change. Behind every successful product is a support team that keeps everything running smoothly, coordinating timelines, supporting clients, and ensuring our work continues to have real-world impact.

We're looking for a Junior Support Manager to join our support team and help us deliver high quality, impactful products to our clients. Maybe you’re just starting out in project management, or you’ve already got some client-facing experience under your belt. Either way, this is a great opportunity to build a career in support, project coordination, and digital delivery.

Working closely with Support Managers and internal teams, you'll support the smooth running of client support projects while developing your coordination and client management skills from day one. At Cube, AI is built into the way we work, so you’ll use AI tools to streamline things like comms and support analysis whilst you focus on what AI can’t do: understanding client needs, making judgment calls about impact and priority, and building trust through genuine care and attention.

This role is about thinking critically, asking the right questions, and helping teams support clients they can trust.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinating support work: You’ll help coordinate ongoing support for our digital products. Tracking tasks. Watching timelines. Making sure work actually progresses.
  • Supporting our clients: Helping respond to client queries and manage expectations, contributing to client updates and documentation.
  • Building relationships: Building strong relationships with clients to inspire trust and confidence.
  • Communicating clearly: Supporting client communication, providing regular updates on project status and support activity, both written and verbal.
  • Planning and tracking: Helping plan and monitor support project tasks, detailing schedules and sharing key information across teams.
  • Internal collaboration: Working closely with Support Managers, developers, and other teams to support delivery; making sure internal notes, feedback, and tasks are captured and shared.
  • Monitoring and reporting: Helping maintain accurate logs of support activities and contributing to internal reporting on support performance and delivery.
  • Spotting issues early: Developing awareness of potential risks and raising them constructively before they become problems.
Who You Are

You're organised, friendly, and motivated to grow in project coordination and client support. You're eager to learn how digital delivery really works!

Essentials
  • Support or delivery experience: A background in customer support, account management, operations, or similar client‑facing roles; could include internships, placements, or junior roles in project or support.
  • Communication skills: Excellent at explaining things clearly, actively listening, and asking thoughtful questions.
  • Well‑organised: Detail‑oriented and able to track progress across multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset: You genuinely enjoy working closely with multiple teams and clients, and are happy to contribute thoughtfully to team discussions.
  • Comfortable with AI tools: Willing and curious to integrate AI tools into your workflow.
  • Eager to learn: Open to feedback, willing to ask questions when things aren't clear, and keen to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Reliable: You follow through on commitments, complete work on time, and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • Calm under pressure: Comfortable juggling different needs and priorities, you naturally think ahead about what could go wrong and aren't afraid to flag issues early.
Nice to Have
  • Prior project management or support coordination experience (even at junior level)
  • Familiarity with tools like Basecamp, Zendesk, or similar project management software
  • You’ve worked in a digital agency, tech company, or digital delivery environment
  • Experience with client…
