The Responsive Night Intensive Housing Officer is part of a dedicated team of Housing Officers who are responsible for servicing a set portfolio of properties within Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and Weymouth.

You will provide a professional out of hours’ customer service which ensures the security of the building and the safety of our customers and visitors.

You will work with our customers to prevent breaches of occupancy agreements by proactively managing incidents in a timely and appropriate manner to de-escalate situations.

We take pride in maintaining the appropriate accurate information logs – sheets and emails, including observations of individual residents, serious incidents and other records and reporting tools. Communicating with our colleagues both within BCHA and our external partners is of key importance.
