Are you an IT Support Engineer with a background from an MSP wanting to learn and grow within an independent company offering real qualifications and genuine career progression into management?
You will be the 11th member of a close-knit team in the South Coast Region (Based in Bournemouth) This company has a continually growing customer base, meaning you will have stability, and the support of a highly experienced team. They thrive on making a difference, one support ticket at a time.
In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems and networks, installing and configuring equipment, and ensuring clients receive a reliable and efficient IT service.
This role will suit a IT Support Engineer or similar looking for ongoing training, progression and a role that offers plenty of overtime to boost your earnings.
The Role:
Provide technical support to clients, resolve IT issues on-site
Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, laptop, printer and network connectivity problems
Install, configure and upgrade operating systems, software and IT equipment
Monday - Friday (9:00am-17:30pm)
The Person :
IT Support experience in an MSP
Willing to commute to office in BournemouthMSP, Microsoft 365, 1st Line, Support, 2nd Line, Technical, Dorset, Bournemouth, South coast, Windows, Poole, IT support, Engineer, Totton, Southampton, Training, Progression
