The role

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships and is motivated to develop a long-term career within commercial insurance. Previous commercial insurance experience is advantageous but not essential, candidates from other insurance disciplines or strong customer-facing backgrounds are encouraged to apply. From day one, you will receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and full support toward achieving industry-recognised professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with commercial clients. Conducting consultative conversations to understand client risks and requirements.
  • Providing tailored insurance solutions and professional advice. Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general client enquiries.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Actively engaging in training and continuous professional development.
