Solicitor - Property Litigation

Our client is expanding and seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to strengthen their established team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded practice known for providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice. The property disputes team handles a broad spectrum of work and acts for a diverse client base, including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, and business owners.

• Handling a diverse caseload of property-related disputes
• Advising on landlord and tenant issues, including lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations and possession matters
• Managing disputes involving boundaries, rights of way and other property interests
• Representing clients in litigation proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes
• Preparing legal documentation and offering strategic, commercially sound advice
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless client service

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in property litigation
• Strong technical expertise combined with commercial awareness
