Position: Residential Property - Partner/Sr Associate 8+

Residential Property - Partner / Senior Associate - Bournemouth - 8+ Years PQE

Location: Bournemouth

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid working)

Salary: £70,000 to £85,000 (DOE)

A growing regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Partner or Senior Associate (8+ years PQE) to join its expanding Bournemouth office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a thriving practice within an employee-owned, award-winning firm.

The Role

You'll manage and grow a high-quality caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • High-value sales and purchases
  • Leasehold, freehold, and new build transactions
  • Complex and high-net-worth residential matters
  • Team leadership and mentoring
  • Business development and client relationship management
  • Supporting the strategic growth of the office
Candidate Requirements
  • 8+ years PQE in Residential Property
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Proven ability to manage complex and high-value matters
  • Leadership experience and confidence in developing others
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach
  • Strong presence in the local market
