Aboutthe Role Asa Newly Qualified Solicitor ,youllworkcloselywithseniorcolleaguestoadvisearangeofuniqueclientsonassetrecoverymattersandassistinconductinglitigation.
Youllmanagealargecaseload,draftlegaldocumentation,andprovideclear,practicaladvicetoclients.
Thisroleoffersexcellenttrainingandmentoring,withscopetoquicklytakeonmoreresponsibilityasyougrowinintothefirm. Your Responsibilities Will Include :
Managingalargecaseloadoflitigationmatters. Advisingclientsinwriting,byemail,andinmeetings. Assistingwithdraftingdocumentsandcorrespondence. Conductinglegalresearchanddevelopingcreative,client-focusedsolutions. Ensuringcompliancewithfirm-wideandregulatoryrequirements(including
AML,billing,andtimerecording). Supportingteammembersandcontributingtocollaborativeworkingpractices. Takingpartinbusinessdevelopmentandnetworkingopportunitiestobuildclientrelationships. Keepinguptodatewithlegaldevelopmentsandbestpractice.
What Were Looking For :
Ideallyeducatedtodegreelevel,thoughrelevantexperiencewillalsobeconsidered. Previousexperienceinaprofessionalservicesorlawfirmenvironment(advantageousbutnotessential). Strongorganisationalandtimemanagementskills,withtheabilitytoworkunderpressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Officeandconfidenceinlearningnew ITsystems. Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills,withaprofessionalanddiscreetapproach. Aprocess-driven,analyticalmindsetandapragmaticapproachtoproblemsolving.
