LOCATION: BH2

WORKING HOURS:
Fixed Term 18hours per week Guaranteed – More if Sickness or Holiday Cover required.

SHIFT PATTERN: 3 on 4 off

PAY RATE: £12.6 PER HOUR

The Cover Cleaning Operative must  be flexible to meet our requirements with reasonable notice for holiday and sickness cover.

We understand that
18hours per week is not enough income for most people to financially survive.

However,at BH2 thismust be your primary role and if we need you to cover at reasonable short notice, then we expect you to fulfil that requirement.

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM is looking for hardworking and proactive cleaning cover

Operative to join our team in Bournemouth area.

Your duties will involve cleaning of Front of House areasand Back of House area’sand includes hoovering, using a Scrubber Dyer to clean frontand backof house, mopping, wiping, kitchen area, toilet cleaning and ensuring outside area is free from litterandmaintainedto a high standard.

You will emptywasteand You will also be using a Baler and Compactor back of house.

You must have good attention to detail andhigh standards of cleaning.

You willbe responsible for disinfecting areas as per planner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting all surfaces.
  • Scrubbing kitchen and toilets and offices.
  • Hoovering and mopping floors and using Floor Scrubber Dryer indoor and outdoor.
  • Disinfecting all high touch points and ensuring outside is free from Litter.
  • Detail work i.e. skirtings, sills, fixtures etc.
  • Following group and company policies and procedures.
  • Back of House and Front of House management of areas.
  • Report anyapparentdeficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failureof service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
  • Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly andin accordance with training received.
  • Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must be hardworking and with good attendance, work to routine schedules and to proactively find tasks on your own initiative.

ESSENTIAL
  • Cleaning experience
  • Good attendance
  • Timekeeping
  • Good Communicational Skills
    -Use Of radio's is required.
  • Be available for occasional cover shifts.
