About the role

As the Community Engagement and Partnership Manager for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will lead our stakeholder engagement, manage service‑user involvement, and support continuous service improvement.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop and deliver the Community and Engagement Strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including a service user board.
  • Oversee service quality assurance, complaints handling, and improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate engagement events locally and nationally, including media activity and press releases.
  • Manage and monitor all service‑related social media accounts.
  • Support learning from complaints and provide guidance for operational improvements.
  • Produce stakeholder listings and engagement materials.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing activities and internal communication of engagement plans.
  • Identify new engagement opportunities and ensure activities remain modern and relevant.
  • Manage service surveys and support compliance with company and statutory standards.

Qualifications and experience required.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a public, healthcare, or service‑based role
  • GCSEs including Maths and English
  • Assertive, highly motivated, flexible, and a strong team player
  • Full clean driving licence
