Cleaning Contract Manager

Location

Basingstoke, Farnborough, Bournemouth and Salisbury

• £35,000 basic salary

We are looking for an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager who will manage a portfolio of accounts in the south. The role involves direct responsibility for the team, client relationships, financial performance, health and safety and additional business development.

• Contract/Site management of cleaning staff
• Ensure the cleaning service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to
• Plan and implement a visitation programme to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction via the Quality Service Level Indicator/ECAT procedure
• Handle client queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Control financial performance of each contract against budgeted requirements
• Maximise business within each contract through additional opportunities for extension, extra work and facility services sales
• Assist the sales team as required
• Ensure adequate supplies are on site
• Recruit, induct and train new staff
• Resolve disciplinary and grievance matters in line with company policy and procedure
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to managers and supervisors

• Experience in managing multiple commercial cleaning accounts
• Strong management style with experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and development
• Passion for people
• Health and Safety qualification or experience in this area
• Client liaison and presentation experience
• Full clean driving licence
