The Regional Night Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bournemouth. The primary responsibilities include overseeing nighttime operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. The role also involves supervising staff, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, handling guest or resident concerns, and coordinating emergency response efforts if necessary.

Additionally, the Regional Night Manager will provide leadership, training, and support to the night teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
