Bodyshop Manager – Accident Repair Bodyshop

Whether it is minor car park damage or a road traffic accident, our client’s repair centres provide a range of services that use modern repair methods to put your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition, ensuring they repair every vehicle with utmost pride and care.
- Manage the on‑site team at the Harrow site, including paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators and administrative staff.
- Understand the business needs, accounts, reports and KPIs, and effectively manage site resources and costs to optimise capability and profitability.
- Actively and efficiently manage work provider and supplier relationships.
- Deal with any customer issues and ensure time is prioritised for interviewing to fill open vacancies swiftly.
- Plan workload to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales, working skillfully and safely under pressure and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Motivate your team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly site targets.
- Lead and work as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision, staying flexible and continually striving to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
- Prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager.
- Expertise in health and safety protocols, ensuring consistent adherence.
- Ability to plan workload effectively to meet agreed timescales.
- Strong leadership and initiative with minimal supervision.
- Customer‑focused mindset, always aiming for high standards of service.
- Capability to motivate a team to reach daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
