BCHA in Bournemouth seeks a capable leader to manage a team of Support Workers delivering high-quality homelessness accommodation services. You will guide staff across two welcoming sites, supervise and coach them, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will champion person-centred, psychologically informed and trauma-informed approaches, building strong relationships with customers and partner organisations to access the right support and improve outcomes.
