BCP Council is seeking a dynamic Operational Team Leader to support day-to-day operations of the Recycling Centre and Waste Transfer Station in Bournemouth. You will lead a flexible, multi-skilled team and coordinate site operatives and contractors to deliver a high standard of customer service.
Weekend rota is required; you will oversee waste separation, recycling, payments for charged wastes, and maintenance liaison.
