Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager in Bournemouth to own complex aviation programmes from sales handover to closure. You will manage budgets, schedule, and multi-site teams while maintaining strong relationships with OEMs and customers.
The role requires 5+ years in aerospace/defence project management, a relevant engineering/science/business degree, and PM qualifications such as APM PMQ or PRINCE
2. MS Project proficiency is preferred.
