Are you an experience Contract / Account Manager working within the Hard Facilities Services sector with experience of working on a large site based account, This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile regional TFM account where standards are high, expectations are clear, and performance truly matters.

Thrive Recruitment are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Account Manager to take ownership of a key Total Facilities Management (TFM) portfolio within a high-profile client environment. This is a senior, site-based (in Bournemouth with occasional travel to a site in Exeter) role responsible for the operational and commercial performance of an established regional account.
You will act as the primary point of contact for all service delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across multiple locations within the portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a visible leadership role, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and takes pride in delivering high standards across complex FM environments.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of a multi-site TFM contract, ensuring all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual expectations. Working closely with both client stakeholders and internal FM teams, you will ensure service excellence, financial control, and strong team performance across the portfolio.

- 3 Sub contractors
- Full ownership of a regional Total Facilities Management (TFM) account
- Lead operational delivery across multiple occupied sites within the portfolio
- Act as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders
- Ensure consistent delivery of contracted services and performance standards
- Oversee operational teams and service partners across hard and soft services
- Drive compliance, health & safety, and statutory obligations across all sites
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Monitor KPI/SLA performance and implement corrective action where required
- Support mobilisation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage supplier and subcontractor performance to ensure value and quality

- Proven experience in Facilities Management / Contract Management / TFM Account Management
- Strong background in client-facing operational leadership roles
- Confident managing multi-site or complex service environments
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and financial performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead teams and influence performance across multiple service streams
- Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressuren
- Strong understanding of compliance, H&S, and service delivery standards
- Senior-level FM role with full account responsibility
