We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive retailer in Bournemouth for the position of Parts Manager. Duties of the Parts Manager:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the parts department team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs, trends, and variances, taking corrective actions when necessary
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development initiatives
  • Oversee high standards of customer service across face-to-face and telephone interactions
  • Ensure the department operates efficiently, maximising resource utilisation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall business success
  • Respond proactively to business needs, adapting delivery accordingly
Requirements of the Parts Manager:
  • Proven experience in automotive parts management, ideally as a Parts Manager or Parts Supervisor
  • Strong organisational skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with an approachable manner
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive attitude focused on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm for professional growth within the automotive industry
