Job Description & How to Apply Below

At Health Transportation Group UK (HTG-UK), we are one of the UK’s leading providers of Non-Emergency Patient Transport, supporting thousands of vulnerable patients across the UK. We proudly serve the NHS, completing over 800,000 essential journeys every year.

We deliver services across a growing number of NHS contracts, including North East Lincolnshire, Mid and South Essex, Dorset, Cornwall & Isles of Scilly, Norfolk & Waveney, and Suffolk and North East Essex. With 22 operational bases and a dedicated team of over 1,200 passionate professionals, we provide safe, caring, and high-quality transport services nationwide.

What Can You Expect?

We are recruiting for a proactive and tenacious Assistant Station Manager (ASM) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ASM will report into the Station Manager and provide on the ground support to enable the Bournemouth Base to be successful in meeting KPI’s, delivering an excellent service for our patients, and providing the right support for our hard-working crews.

No two days will be the same. You might be processing timesheets one day and headed out to assist with the return of a broken-down vehicle the next day. You could be running CQC audits for the base in the morning and assisting with a complex lift in the afternoon. The role is moveable depending on the pressures of the contract, and you will be agile in reacting to those pressures.
