  Senior Facilities Manager / Lead Facilities Manager
• Location:
  
  London, EC1V
• Salary: to £70,000 per year
• Hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Ideally some previous experience managing large, complex, and high-end residential, healthcare or corporate developments preferred.

• Maintenance & Operations:
  Support the Development Manager in overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance activity. Ensure a premier living environment for residents while upholding pristine estate presentation.
• Contractor Management:
  Lead and manage third-party contractors, including Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) suppliers, ensuring proper performance and safe working practices.
• Compliance & Health and Safety:
  Oversee statutory compliance records through internal software. Conduct routine testing on emergency lighting, fire alarms, smoke vents, and emergency lift lines.
• Day-to-day Management:
  Conduct frequent site and communal area inspections, manage stock control, facilitate utility meter readings, and monitor CCTV operations.
• Financial & Admin Support:
  Assist the Development Manager with budget coordination, contract reviews, lease compliance, and waste management systems.
