Redline Group is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager in Bournemouth to lead a team of industrial engineers and drive Lean Manufacturing, CI and operational excellence within a high-mix, low-to-medium volume environment.
You will develop labour standards, time studies, capacity planning models and optimise processes, layouts and material flow while supporting NPI/DFM and monitoring KPIs such as OEE and throughput.
