Managing the overall day-to-day operation of the branch, overseeing both residential sales and lettings Leading, motivating and developing the team, setting objectives and monitoring individual and branch performance Generating new business, winning sales and lettings instructions and identifying opportunities to increase market share Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and prospective clients Monitoring branch income, expenditure, sales figures and performance targets to maximise profitability Ensuring all branch activities meet current legislation, industry regulations and company procedures while maintaining excellent service standards What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Proven experience within residential estate agency, ideally in a senior negotiator or branch management position Strong working knowledge of both residential sales and lettings Successful track record in winning instructions, generating new business and achieving sales targets Previous experience managing, motivating and developing a property team Good understanding of relevant property legislation, compliance requirements and industry best practice Commercially aware with the ability to monitor performance, identify opportunities and drive branch profitability Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and relationship-building skills Professional, organised and proactive, with a hands-on management style and the ability to lead by example Is this the role for you?
