We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of marketing activity across THE NICI Collection.

This role is primarily focused on web content management, design work, and copywriting. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will help create and update digital and printed marketing materials, support website updates, and ensure all content reflects our luxury brand standards.

• Write engaging copy for websites, brochures, menus, emails, and promotional materials.
• Design restaurant menus, event materials, and other branded collateral.
• Update website content across THE NICI Collection properties.
• Create and amend digital artwork and marketing assets.
• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and external agencies where required.
• Ensure all materials are accurate, on brand, and visually consistent.

• Previous experience in a marketing, design, or digital content role.
• Strong Adobe InDesign skills (essential).
