My client is a vibrant creative agency with an enviable client list and portfolio of fantastic work. Their team, clients and projects are top notch, making this a fun, exciting and fast paced environment to be in.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Strategist with insatiable curiosity about the world around them.

Your role will involve:

• Developing and shaping insightful, simple and compelling brand plans and campaigns grounded in real-world thinking
• Bringing clarity and direction to work, playing an active role in creative ideation
• Inspiring team mates throughout the agency to think and do differently
• Helping turn sharp thinking into culturally relevant ideas, getting under the skin of a brief
• Contributing ideas as well as helping refine and land them
• Using your willingness and enthusiasm to roll up sleeves and dive into every project, challenge and task that comes your way

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

• Strong agency strategy experience
• Sharp ability to interrogate client briefs, diagnose the real business problem, constraints, and success measures before work begins
• Strong strategic thinking, building clear, evidence-led direction from brand, audience behaviour, category dynamics, and cultural insight
• Experience applying behavioural science to shape propositions, messaging, choice architecture, and activation mechanics
• Instinct to define a single-minded strategic thought that inspires creative teams and gives them confident guardrails
• Confidence leading activation planning and channel strategy
• Test-and-learn mindset, ability to build measurement and learning plans that define what success looks like and how insights will inform future work
