Perm Cardiology Nursing team leader urgently required for Private Hospitals in the Bournemouth area

Dream Medical are working with a respected Private Hospitals in the Bournemouth area and urgently require full time Cardiology Nursing team leader ASAP.

As the Cardiology Nursing Team Leader you will manage the nursing service for Cardiology from Pre-Assessment through to discharge nursing the delivery of high quality clinical care. You will review, develop, update, implement policies, procedures and protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant standards within this area.

The ideal candidate will be expected to lead, motivate and supervise a team of qualified staff. You will monitor their performance and facilitate them in delivering the departmental objectives. You would need to be competent in the areas of staff selection, induction, performance review and attendance and performance management. You would be a registered practitioner with the appropriate governing body, with experience in a senior role with a critical care team and of cardiac Nursing.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours and offer a salary of £33-37K depending on contract and experience plus fantastic benefits.
