Registered Nurse - Nights

Position:
Registered Nurse – Nights, Westbourne Tower Care Home, Bournemouth.

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our award‑winning team on the nights shift. You will act as person in charge and ensure high standards of care to our residents.

• Act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required.
• Ensure high standards of care to all residents.
• Perform nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
• Advise families of residents and GPs on any changes in condition, keeping them informed and involved in choices for ongoing care.
• Responsible for effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during the duty period and residents receive required care.
• Provide high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning.
