Dental Nurse

We're looking for a brilliant Qualified Head Dental Nurse to join our recently opened, growing 2-surgery private dental practice in Bournemouth.

We're a friendly, ambitious team with big plans for the future. We take dentistry seriously. Ourselves? Slightly less so! We want our practice to be somewhere people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

What's the role?

We want someone who can take charge of the nursing side of the practice and make it their own.

You'll work closely with our Practice Manager, helping to keep our surgeries organised, our clinicians supported and our clinical standards exceptional.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the day-to-day running of our two dental surgeries.
• Providing excellent chairside support and outstanding patient care.
• Overseeing infection control, decontamination, stock and equipment.
• Maintaining clinical compliance and supporting CQC and GDC standards.
• Supporting and mentoring other nurses as the team grows.
• Improving systems, workflows and the overall patient experience.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just follow systems but helps make them better!

• A qualified Dental Nurse with current GDC registration.
• Strong chairside experience and excellent clinical knowledge.

Previous Head Nurse or Senior Nurse experience is a bonus, but we're equally interested in an experienced Dental Nurse who's ready to step up.

Experience with Dentally is advantageous, but not essential.
