We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Options Appraisal Asset Surveyor to join our Asset Management team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our housing portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with strategic thinking, project management and stakeholder engagement. You'll lead property option appraisals, identify opportunities to maximise the value of our assets, and deliver projects that create high-quality homes for our customers.

About the Role

As Project Options Appraisal Asset Surveyor, you will:

  • Lead property option appraisals to determine the most effective long-term use of our housing assets.
  • Manage projects to convert underutilised spaces into quality, lettable accommodation.
  • Prepare and present business cases and technical reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.
  • Commission and manage specialist surveys and technical reports where required.
  • Develop technical specifications, oversee procurement processes and manage construction projects from inception through to completion.
  • Support asset data management, stock condition information and strategic investment planning.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with organisational objectives and governance requirements.
