Property Manager/Property Management Assistant required to assist a team of Surveyors managing our substantial residential and commercial portfolio within our Commercial Property Management department at our Bournemouth Head Office.

The role would suit someone with residential or commercial surveying property management experience. This may include rental market knowledge, leases or tenancy agreements and arranging property maintenance.

Duties include liaison with landlords, tenants and contractors both in writing and verbally and candidates must therefore be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.

One to one mentoring and financial support with AssocRICS qualification offered. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a leading professional body working in the public interest to advance knowledge, uphold standards, and inspire current and future professionals.

Full driving licence required.
