Kitchen Manager – Brew Dog Bournemouth
What you’ll be doing- Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
- Delivering our burger and wings menu to spec with quality and speed
- Managing all aspects of kitchen operations
- Creating a positive team culture built on respect and development
- Working closely with the management team to drive performance and standards
- Ensuring a safe, well‑organised, and compliant kitchen environment
You take pride in running a well‑organised kitchen and leading from the front. You know how to get the best out of your team, maintain high standards, and keep every service running smoothly.
You’ll Have- Experience leading or running a kitchen team, ideally as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef
- A real passion for quality, consistency, and teamwork
- Strong knowledge of kitchen compliance, safety, and financial performance
- A hands‑on approach and the ability to inspire those around you
- A calm, organised mindset and the confidence to perform under pressure
