Daish’s Holidays in the UK is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support Head Chef and kitchen teams in delivering high-quality meals for up to 150 guests across set menus, with efficient service.
You’ll work in a high-volume, coaching hotel environment, take responsibility for food preparation, training new team members, and helping control stock and costs while maintaining strict food safety standards.
