M&S is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section to be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You will deliver five-star service at pace, confidently recommending and selling new products while staying resilient during busy periods.
You’ll work nights (20:00–00:00) with an unsocial premium for hours between 22:00–06:00, and use Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers. A team-focused, flexible attitude is essential.
