This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bournemouth for a Retail Sales Manager. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and customer relationships are prioritised. Responsibilities include meeting departmental F&I targets, enquiry management, coaching and mentoring the sales team and ensuring compliance with Porsche brand standards. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the Centre’s overall success.

• Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve targets
• Proven experience in sales strategy, negotiation, and driving customer-focused results
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Passion for the automotive industry; experience with luxury car brands is advantageous
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Sales, Business, or a related field are preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-performing team environment
